### Site Infrastructure - [x] PHP upload limit fixed (2M → 256M) — vhost.conf merged, duplicate blocks removed - [x] DiviOps MCP server configured for llmtest (diviops-llmtest) — active after /reset
## ❌ BROKEN / TO FIX
### Resolved - [x] PHP upload_max_filesize at 2M default — fixed to 256M in system php.ini (`/usr/local/lsws/lsphp83/etc/php/8.3/litespeed/php.ini`) - [x] vhost.conf had duplicate phpIniOverride blocks inside acme-challenge context — cleaned up - [x] .user.ini settings ignored by LiteSpeed — documented gotcha: LiteSpeed lsphp only respects system php.ini - [x] Flaude legacy trap: .user.ini + vhost phpIniOverride both present but neither effective
