## What the WordPress sites actually use FluentSMTP is configured in API mode using the v3 send key on all sites. This key is stored base64-encoded in each site's wp_options table under `fluentmail-settings`.
DO NOT create a new key. The v3 send key (last used today) is the one in all the sites. If the key is ever needed raw, retrieve it from the wiki or decode from any site's DB.

connecting after May 7 migration test run across multiple domains simultaneously. Resolution: Authorised the IP. Sending still under manual review by Brevo as of EOD May 20. Resolution: Reinstated 15:30 GMT+1 May 20 by Tiffany (Customer Experience). All sites confirmed sending. Brevo contact: reply to suspension email, agent name "Geppetto".
## Future Plan - Move Away from Brevo Once the first Hetzner invoice is paid, begin setting up self-hosted email infrastructure: - Create own sending accounts and mailboxes on Hetzner - Move transactional email away from Brevo dependency - Hetzner lifts port 25 block after first invoice is paid (standard policy for new accounts) - At that point: set up Postfix/mail server or self-hosted alternative (e.g. Postal, Mailu) - Migrate sites off Brevo SMTP/API one by one
